To be recognised as Cisco official channel partner since 1999, ITC JSC has experienced in providing Cisco’s solutions, products and services to various customers in Vietnam in conformity with the Cisco standards. In February 2004, ITC JSC became Cisco second Silver Partner in Indochina. The event contributed to assert ITC JSC’s ability and position in its market as well as its commitment to customers to continuously level up services quality. On the way of becoming Cisco Silver Partner, ITC JSC had to meet Cisco requirements  applied to all Silver Partners worldwide including: personnel, training, customer satisfaction, specialization and post-sales support requirements.

Besides, ITC JSC is one of the few Systems Integrators (SI) of Cisco in Vietnam. SIs are authorised to consult and design solutions using Cisco products and technology, provide post-sales services complying with Cisco’s standards and selling package services under Cisco’s brand name. The right to directly import and get technical support and warrant as well is granted only to SI. This gives way for SI to deal with customers in the shortest period of time with quality. Meanwhile, for those who are not SI, import and warranty activities might be seatled through immediate distributors that  are commonly partners in Singapore. This causes inconvenience and risks for customers.
