In fact, 3G launching day is coming. One of the key service of 3G is Video Call. Apart from basic services, the factors make the success are capability of integrating Video Applicances on both Circuit and Packet network as well as foundation of Multimedia network. On the trend of the world, integrating on IP technology is becoming the indispensable trend of the new generation network.
To meet the demand, ITC provides general Video solution on Mobile, including:
- Video Call Convergence: Users only need an account that is phone number. With this account, users can make Video Calls, Conference to other subscribers by one of these ways:
o Calling from mobile phone with Video Call. To connect this call to received subscriber through IP or WAP Portal network, it’s obliged to have a Gateway between IP and 3G.
o Calling from Mobile through accessing to WAB Portal and calling Video through flash on Flash Platform.
o Calling from PC on Internet through accessing to WEB Portal and using Flash and WEB but no need to install any extra software.
- Video Live, IPTV, Video on Demand, Video Channel: All these Applications can access from Mobile or WAP Portal or WEB Portal. These applications are suitable to every user.
- Video Blogging, Video Ringback Tone, Video mail Messaging, Video Surveillance/Security, Video Push: These are specially suitable to the youth.
- Video Call Centre: Call Center of Mobile Operators can add support function by Video. This application increases support and customer care of Vinaphone.

Value Added Services on SMS
In the field of telecommunication, demand for SMS is indispensable. Vietnam is a successful market in supplying SMS service. Now Operators and CP have implemented many projects relating to SMS with big amount of revenue. Besides improving service quality and launching new services, Operators has been facing with challenges arising as unfair messages or disturbing messages. (http://vietnamnet.vn/bvkh/2009/05/849871/). Not all subscribers have their own cellphone installing software as Call-Manager to block messages according to number. Therefore, this problem needs resolving between mobile operators and users.
- On the view of real situation and demand of mobile operators, ITC JSC launches resolutions for SMS on Mobile. “SMS Advance Service” includes functions:
o To help mobile operators to connect to subscribers to prevent harmful elements when using SMS which affects operators’ prestige.
o To launch new, intelligent and useful services for users when using SMS.
o To increase revenue from SMS for Operators
o To improve prestige on service quality of Operators
Proposed resolution has one separate platform which has no effect on SMSC basis for existing SMS service of Operators.
SMS Advance Service of Telsis includes:
• SMS Divert to phone- When subscriber wants to divert messages to another subscribers. 
• SMS Copy to phone- When subscriber has more than one mobile phone and wants every phones to receive messages, these messages will be automatically copied to other phones.
• SMS Out of Office to phone- Subscriber has auto configuration replying received messages “I am away” 
• SMS Blacklist-Subscriber has configuration blocking messages from defined numbers.
• SMS Whitelist- Subscriber  has ability of restraining messages from a group of defined numbers.
• SMS Block- Subscriber wants to block messages from unknown numbers or Multimedia Message
• SMS Archive- Subscriber wants to copy received messages and stores on the internet or in Email.
